How to Zag: Mission & Ministry - Spiritual Exercises Yoga

    Stretch your body and your spirit! This guided session brings together a simple yoga sequence along with elements of Ignatian Spirituality with a simple yoga sequence. What are the Spiritual Exercises? The Spiritual Exercises were written by St. Ignatius of Loyola and are a set of meditations, prayers, and contemplative practices intended to draw a person into deeper relationship with God and into greater service of the common good. No previous yoga experience required; mat optional but not required. At the end of the session, you’ll have a chance to hear more about the Office of Mission and Ministry and how you can get involved.
