How to Zag: Mission & Ministry - Inhale/Exhale Guided ExamenWednesday, July 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM until 4:00 PMPacific Daylight Time UTC -07:00 The Examen is a cornerstone reflective practice of Ignatian and Jesuit spirituality. The prayer, generally in 5 parts, offers the practitioner an opportunity to stop, pause, and reflect on God’s love made manifest in each moment. This practice is a guided walkthrough of the traditional prayer with a contemporary emphasis on breath and body awareness while reflecting on God’s love through the 5 senses. Afterward we will share on the reflective experience and learn a bit about one another and the work of the Office of Mission and Ministry.
