Group Visit Request

    Group Visits are for schools or community organizations bringing groups of students to Gonzaga. If you are a prospective student wanting to schedule an individual visit, please visit this link.

    Group Visits are available most Mondays - Fridays throughout the academic year. We can accommodate up to 60 people in total, including students and chaperones. To ensure the quality and availability of resources for your group we will only schedule one group per day. Please note, we are not able to accommodate larger groups split between two time slots in the same day.

    We regret that, due to resource limitations we are not able to provide meals, class visits or overnight stays for visiting groups.

    For high school and transfer student groups, visits run from 8:30 AM - 10:45 AM or 1:00 PM - 3:15 PM during the academic year. These visits include a campus tour, admission presentation, and student panel. 

    For middle/junior high school groups, we can provide a campus tour and optional admission presentation.
